Only TAs who are not GUC graduates and have No application number, are requested to create a new account through the following link prior to registration

-Program Requirements

After deadline of online registration, an acceptance e-mail will be sent to the accepted applicants. Upon acceptance the following documents will be requested for submission

The requested documents are:

1)       Original Birth Certificate

2)       Copy (front & back) of the National ID Card/ or passport for non Egyptian students

3)       Recent CV

4)       Military status for male applicants

5)       1 personal Photo (Passport size)

6)       Original Bachelor Graduation Certificate

7)       Original Bachelor Transcript

8)       Original M.Sc. Certificate (for PhD applicant)

9)       Original M.Sc. Transcript (for PhD applicant)

10)    Signed declaration form  (will be sent in acceptance e-mail)

11)    Thesis registration form (will be sent in acceptance e-mail)

12)    Detailed research proposal signed by student, supervisor, head of department and Faculty Dean.
